There is a variety of around 90 species of registered birds around Sucre, benefited by the diversity of Andean microclimates, from mountain ranges to wet gorges. Among others, you can see hummingbirds, saltators, hawks, Mountain Cara Cara, Eared Dove, Brown-capped Tit Spinetail, Creamy-bellied Canastero, Fulvous-headed Brush Finchloritas, blackbirds, swallows, parakeets. among the best known species. And in high areas sometimes eagles and condors.

The activity includes visits and walks to places of diverse nature, as well as encounters with expressions of preinca indigenous cultures, such as the Inca Trail, Jalq'a communities. The guide is Dirk Dekker, a Dutchman with many years of experience in travel and bird watching in Sucre, Bolivia and abroad. He speaks Spanish, English and Dutch.
